Official Opposition Leader Erin O’Toole said on Monday the Conservatives will table a motion in the House of Commons requesting the federal government to present the “complete details of the highly-affected sectors’ credit availability program” by Dec. 16 and to postpone the CPP payroll tax increase set for Jan. 1 to help businesses recover from the coronavirus pandemic.
