Tyler Shandro, Alberta’s health minister, tells Mercedes Stephenson on ‘The West Block’ the province has directed its measures at social gatherings to try and curb the spread of COVID-19. He says if cases don’t reduce due to the restrictions before Dec., 15, the government will look into whether further measures are needed.
