From the moment we wake until the time we go to sleep, we have to make hundreds of decisions – some of which leave us feeling anxious and unsure. Timothy Caulfield, a University of Alberta law professor and public health expert, says many of the decisions that we believe are healthier and safer just simply aren’t.
