Tim Caulfield on his new book ‘Relax, Dammit: A User’s Guide to the Age of Anxiety’
Description
December 4, 2020
From the moment we wake until the time we go to sleep, we have to make hundreds of decisions - some of which leave us feeling anxious and unsure. Timothy Caulfield, a University of Alberta law professor and public health expert, says many of the decisions that we believe are healthier and safer just simply aren't. He joined Erin Chalmers on the morning news to talk about his new book "Relax, Dammit: A User's Guide to the Age of Anxiety."
