Ecole Polytechnique shooting: Erin O’Toole says the memory of the victims lives on

Speaking before the House of Commons on Thursday morning, Conservative leader Erin O’Toole said the memory of the victims of the Ecole Polytechnique shooting 31 years ago “lives on” each time a female engineering student “gets her iron ring.”
