Hockey organizations and other user groups have been calling for more ice pads in the City of Peterborough for years.
The future of two arena projects were up for discussion at city council on Monday; the arena and aquatics complex that was supposed to go at Fleming College, as well as the multi-sport and event centre that would replace the Peterborough Memorial Centre.
