Asked whether he has received guarantees that the delivery of COVID-19 vaccines to Canada won’t be delayed by vaccination programs in other countries that approved the product first, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said they are working with international allies and the companies to ensure there’s a free flow of the contracts. He said equitable access to the vaccine was discussed during the G20 summit and they’re working together to ensure one country doesn’t distribute vaccines before anyone else.
