Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson, a Republican, said on Meet the Press on Sunday that he expected Joe Biden to be the next president and urged the Trump administration to allow Biden access to intelligence briefings. He added Trump’s tweet that Biden won, which was made earlier in the day and falsely claimed the win was rigged, was the “start of an acknowledgement.” However, Trump later tweeted he was not conceding.
