Toronto general manager of emergency management Matthew Pegg provided more details on Thursday about what is allowed under “red zone” COVID-19 restrictions that begin Saturday, November 14. He said indoor dining in food or beverage establishments will not be allowed, indoor group fitness classes are prohibited, though gyms can remain open with a limit of 10 people. Indoor meeting, event spaces, casinos, gaming establishments must be closed.
