Queen's University will be welcoming an extra 200 international students for the winter semester. They may come from dozens of countries but will all face the same, strict COVID-19 safety protocols in order to study on the Kingston campus. Global Kingston’s Bill Hutchins spoke with Queen’s provost and vice principal of academics, Mark Green.
