Speeding on residential streets is one of the most often-heard complaints Otonabee Ward Councillor Kim Zippel says she gets.
To help address the issue, Zippel says she has launched Go Slow PTBO, a pilot project aimed at bringing awareness to the issue, and people’s front lawns.
She stopped by Global News Morning Peterborough Friday to talk about the issue.
