November 6, 2020
York Region, Peel Region and Ottawa entered "modified Stage 2" in October that saw restrictions imposed in those regions as COVID-19 cases surged. Impacted businesses can reopen on Saturday under a new “restrict” category. Marianne Dimain reports.
