When asked Monday about principals and vice-principals from the Toronto District School Board receiving bonus pay due to “coming into schools early” during the COVID-19 pandemic, Ontario Premier Doug Ford responded that this is a topic he will discuss with Minister of Education Stephen Lecce. Ford also commended all educators and front-line health-care workers for putting in extra hours and working hard during the pandemic.
