Two people are dead and five others have been injured in a stabbing rampage in Quebec City on Saturday night. The suspect has been identified as a 24-year-old man from Sainte-Thérèse, north of Montreal. As Raquel Fletcher reports, the man has been charged with with two counts of first-degree murder and five counts of attempted murder.
