Winnipeg Mayor Brian Bowman called the rise in COVID-19 case numbers in Manitoba a “stark reminder” for everyone in the province to help limit the spread of the virus, and called on Winnipeggers to “redouble” their efforts in following health guidelines such as mask-wearing and physical distancing.
