Biden says ‘no excuse’ for looting, violence in Philadelphia following shooting death of Black man

After voting in the general election in Wilmington, Del. on Wednesday, Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden took questions about the shooting death of Walter Wallace Jr., a 27-year-old Black man who died Monday in Philadelphia, Penn. after being shot by police and the resulting protests over his death, saying there was “no excuse” for violence or looting as a response.
