Almost a third of Canadians say they feel they’ll never recover from the financial effects of the coronavirus pandemic. That’s the finding of a survey by certified financial planners released on Tuesday. And as Seán O’Shea reports, the feelings of financial uncertainty also mean about half of Canadians may spend less this holiday season.
