Quebec businesses could be closed longer than anticipated as second wave continues

Businesses in Quebec coronavirus red zones that were forced to close during the second wave of the pandemic, still don’t know if they’ll be allowed to reopen at the end October. As Global’s Raquel Fletcher reports, the economy minister hinted they could stay closed but that more government financial aid will follow.
