One day after Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden won a TV ratings battle with US. President Donald Trump as the two held competing town halls with voters, Biden focused his campaign in Michigan on health care, blaming Trump for the increase in COVID-19 cases. Biden said Trump’s his failure to embrace and encourage use of masks could cost another 100,000 Americans to die in the coming months.
