The Ipsos Disruption Barometer, which tracks consumer confidence across 28 countries, has found that consumer confidence in Canada has dropped to minus 18 per cent amid as COVID-19 case numbers rise in a number of provinces. That’s approaching the all-time low of minus 24 per cent that was set in April 2020.
