Toronto police on Thursday announced that they’ve identified a suspect in the 1984 murder of nine-year-old Christine Jessop. Police identified a family friend, Calvin Hoover, as the suspect. Hoover, who was 28-years-old in 1984, died in 2015. Police have said Christine had been abducted, sexually assaulted and stabbed near her home in Queensville, Ont., north of Toronto.
