SCOTUS nominee Barrett won’t ‘pre-commit’ when asked about landmark case Roe v. Wade on abortion

U.S. Supreme Court judge nominee Amy Coney Barrett was pressed on Tuesday by Democratic Senator, Dianne Feinstein, to weigh on whether Roe v. Wade was “wrongly decided,” which is a Supreme Court case that ruled in favour of protections for pregnant women’s liberty to abort with no excessive restrictions. Barrett said she can’t “pre-commit” to a given stance because she doesn’t have an agenda.
