Scott Moe says he drank before 1994 impaired driving charge

Sask. Party leader Scott Moe says he was charged in 1994 with impaired driving. While the charge was dropped, Moe said he had been drinking that day but maintained his innocence. He previously stated he was not given a breathalyzer test in the 1994 charge.
