Ontario Premier Doug Ford stressed on Wednesday that even if data being provided by Toronto shows COVID-19 cases coming out of some businesses, he would not shut all businesses in the city down, saying it would have a major impact on thousands of people. Ford said they would target “bad actors,” but not the overall population.
