Witnesses describe fast-moving water that killed one man on Capilano River

One man is confirmed dead after being caught up in fast-moving water after the Cleveland Dam was opened just before 2 p.m. on Thursday. Aaron McArthur speaks with witnesses who saw the fast moving water on the Capilano River.
