Canada is launching a $10 billion infrastructure plan, announced Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Thursday, to “build stronger, healthier communities, while helping Canadians get back to work” amid the coronavirus pandemic. He added the plan will create about 60,000 jobs across the country.
