Coronavirus: Ontario restaurant and bar owners adapt to new rules to stop COVID-19 spread

Restaurants and bars in Ontario must stop serving alcohol after 11 p.m. and in-person dining must stop as of midnight. The new rules came into effect Sept. 26 just after midnight. Katherine Ward spoke with small business owners to see how they feel about the new directives from the province of Ontario.
