Three units at Foothills Medical Centre are under an “outbreak watch” as cases continue to spread at the Calgary hospital. As Carolyn Kury de Castillo reports, the family of an elderly man admitted to one of those units has filed a complaint, saying they weren’t told the whole story about COVID-19 concerns on the unit.
