Coronavirus: Health minister set 28-day challenge as Greater Montreal area moves into orange alert zone

The health minister is challenging Quebecers to go 28 days without social contacts in an attempt to get the second wave of COVID-19 back under control. As Global’s Raquel Fletcher reports, the entire Greater Montreal region has now moved into the orange coronavirus alert zone.
