America’s top infectious disease expert, Dr. Anthony Fauci, told the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP) on Wednesday that two studies of people who became infected with COVID-19 have shown that even those who are asymptomatic could potentially develop long-term complications from inflammation of the heart.
