A Peterborough woman has been charged with arson, attempted murder following an apartment fire early Sunday.
No one was injured after fire broke out at the TVM Mansions complex at three addresses between Park and Hunter streets.
Police located one woman on scene with visible burn marks and determined she lit the fire.
The exact cause of the fire remain and damage estimate have yet to be determined.
