Coronavirus: Manitoba Premier says throne speech must focus on the health of Canadians

Manitoba Premier Brian Pallister said on Friday that while it’s especially difficult for a minority government, the upcoming throne speech must focus on the health care of Canadians and called on the feds to provide the funding needed for provinces “in a timely manner.”
