The current limit on private social gatherings is 50 people indoors and 100 outdoors but Premier Doug Ford is lowering those numbers in Peel Region, Toronto and Ottawa as COVID-19 cases continue to rise in Ontario. He’s warning those who violate the new restrictions will face the highest fines in the country. Travis Dhanraj has more.
