Peterborough’s drug-related death toll still rising

A 41-year-old man died over the weekend from a suspected opioid overdose. City police believe there is a deadly form of fentanyl or carfentanyl circulation, which led to the death and several overdoses where people were revived. Jessica Nyznik reports.
