New Brunswick’s Liberal Party Leader Kevin Vickers took aim at PC Party Leader Blaine Higgs in Thursday’s debate, saying that Higgs has never balanced a budget “in his life,” and that he was only able to do so as Premier with a $300 million transfer payment from the federal government.
