Growing number of missing ICBC insurance decals

When the pandemic hit, ICBC started to allow people to renew their car insurance over the phone. That service has proved wildly popular and drivers were simply mailed their new insurance documents and license plate renewal sticker. But now there’s been a growing number of cases of those decals disappearing in the mail, and never arriving at their destination.Aaron McArthur reports.
