Speaking to reporters on Monday, New Brunswick Premier Blaine Higgs said in his opinion, New Brunswick Liberal Leader Kevin Vickers was under a lot of pressure “not to get an agreement” after Higgs had pitched the power-sharing agreement as a deal that would ensure the Tory government survived until the next fixed election date in October 2022.
