NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh criticized the Liberals on Wednesday over the initial response to the deadly Beirut explosion, stating the original $5 million in aid was insufficient and that the government must take “concrete” action through providing food, medical aid and other humanitarian support. He commended the additional $25 million added earlier this week, but said more is still needed.
