Organizations call on federal government to change regulations governing importation, breeding of dogs

After a Global News investigation looking into a Cote-Saint-Luc dog breeder known as “We Love Frenchies”, we received numerous complainst from other people with similar allegations. As Global’s Gloria Henriquez reports, several organizations are calling on the Canadian government to change the regulations that govern the importation and breeding of dogs.
