Coronavirus: Toronto’s playgrounds and play structures reopen

After being taped up and closed off for months due to the coronavirus pandemic, Toronto’s playgrounds reopened on Friday. Melanie Zettler visited a couple of east-end playgrounds to find not all had caution tape removed.
