U.S. President Donald Trump said on Friday that Democrats “don’t care about the people of our country” in reference to COVID-19 aid negotiations, saying the party only cares about the election. He also said that he and his party want to help the public “live and live well,” and said it’s not the public’s fault that China “brought in this plague.” He also said China “should be paying for it and maybe they will, you watch.”
