John Lewis funeral: George W. Bush says Lewis ‘always thought of others’

Former U.S. president George W. Bush honored the life and legacy of congressman and civil rights leader John Lewis on Thursday, recalling Lewis’ upbringing and telling mourners that Lewis “always thought of others,” and that he insisted “hate and fear had to be answered with love and hope.”
