Employment agencies say there’s no shortage of jobs, but a shortage of willing workers

As parts of Ontario shift to stage 3, more and more businesses are starting to reopen – and re hire.
Peterborough’s unemployment rate remains lower than the provincial average.
But as it turns out, the case might not be a lack of jobs , but a lack of those willing to work those jobs.
