‘Science should not stand in the way’ of schools reopening, McEnany says

White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany on Thursday said the Trump administration wants to see schools reopen as scheduled despite a rising number of COVID-19 cases in states across the U.S., arguing that “science should not stand in the way” of facilities opening their doors to students in the fall.
