Newly-released court documents are giving more information into what happened when FBI agents arrested Ghislaine Maxwell at her New Hampshire mansion, with investigators saying she fled to another room to try to hide. Investigators noted she also wrapped her phone in “tin foil” in what they called a “seemingly misguided effort” to evade law enforcement. Maxwell’s legal team is offering a $5 million bail package and claiming she is not a flight risk. She is begin monitored at a detention facility and various measures have been put in place to protect her, which comes months after Jeffrey Epstein died in what was ruled a suicide while in jail.
