Vindman retires from U.S. Army over alleged ‘bullying’ by Trump due to impeachment testimony

Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, who was a former member of the White House National Security Council and was subpoenaed to testify during the impeachment hearings for U.S. President Donald Trump, announced on Wednesday he would be retiring from the military after 21 years of service. His lawyer alleges the retirement is due to suffering what he called a campaign of “bullying, intimidation and retaliation” by Trump.
