Coronavirus: Pompeo says WHO “has long history of corruption and politicization”
Description
July 8, 2020
U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo praised on Wednesday that the decision to formally withdraw from the World Health Organization (WHO) came after its failure to prevent the spread of a global pandemic, referencing COVID-19, but also because WHO “has a long history of corruption and politicization” as they “got it wrong on SARS and Ebola” before the novel coronavirus.
