Work on Tofino-Ucluelet highway improvements halted

Two of B.C.'s top tourist destinations are welcoming visitors again but repair work on Highway 4 to Tofino and Ucluelet has come to a standstill and as Brad MacLeod reports, it's causing major summer traffic delays.
