Coronavirus: Nova Scotia ‘ramping up’ calls, check-ins on 14-day self-isolations

In an effort to stem the spread of COVID-19, Nova Scotia Premier Stephen McNeil said on Friday that the province will be “ramping up” its phone calls and check-ins on people who are supposed to self-isolate for 14 days after returning to the province from traveling, to ensure those people are following the public health guidelines.
