Manitoba officials “strongly recommended” the evacuation of 30-40 houses in Riverside and Whitehead, Manitoba as heavy rain saw the Little Saskatchewan River swell past 2011 flood levels. Infrastructure Minister Ron Schuler said engineers aren’t sure how the Rivers Dam is holding up and are evacuating homes out of “an abundance of caution.”
